Ultimate Flooring Adhesive

XCEL UFA is a 1-component, moisture-curing, permanently elastic, wood flooring adhesive, based on MS Polymer. XCEL UFA is engineered for flooring, trim and moulding and is suitable for all glue-assist or full glue-down applications. Virtually odourless, UFA contains zero water, solvents, phthalates or isocyanates.

UFA is the Ultimate Flooring Adhesive, and provides an alternative to face-nailing and allowing for the natural movement of wood flooring.

These values may vary depending on environmental factors such as temperature, moisture, and type of substrates. The time until complete curing may be extended at lower temperature, lower humidity or increasing film thickness.
