Waterproof Seal & Repair
XCEL WSR is a High-performance flexible waterproof membrane, a highly fluid paintable MS Polymer suitable for use on any surface. WSR can be used as an adhesive for large surfaces and will bond to most substrates. It is paintable and can be tiled directly when cured. Due to its low viscosity, XCEL WSR can be applied using a roller, caulking gun, troweled or with a paintbrush.
WSR is the ultimate replacement for bitumen based roofing projects, with excellent adhesion to brick, stone, concrete, polyester, lead, metals and plastics. WSR is a formulated compound with a combined polymer and polyurethane union, which forms a 100% waterproof membrane and remains stable with weather fluctuations, without shrinking or cracking. It is ideal for the quick repair of flat and sloping roofs, and for tanking, with one application and no primer’s or mixing required. It is also used on concrete terraces, balconies and floors, and under ideal conditions, can be rendered or tiled.

These values may vary depending on environmental factors such as temperature, moisture, and type of substrates. The time until complete curing may be extended at lower temperature, lower humidity or increasing film thickness.
